in this special evening celebrating our favorite fungi.
Catch them while they’re at their best during this short, seasonal window
where each dish will alternate with white and black truffles,
exploring their versatility and flavor complexities.

Chefs Travis Swikard of Boulud Sud,
Alexander Burger of Bar Boulud,
Pastry Chef Anna McGorman of Bar Boulud & Boulud Sud
and guest Chef Aaron Bludorn of Café Boulud
will each prepare a course to uniquely highlight these rare ingredients.
